Is this a ghost? or something? PLEASE HELP IM SCARED TO SLEEP?
this morning my alarm went off and i got up to turn it off, the rest of my family is sleeping.
then i hear finger nails brush against my door and my door slowly moved fully open and before it was abit closed.
i know i wasnt sleeping and it scared me badly and i checked to see if it maybe was my mom but it wasnt, her door was still closed and no one had woken up.
i noticed while in the shower i had scaratches on my stomach? maybe im just being paranoid.
WHAT DO I DO!
i recently started sleeping in a new bedroom in my house, i spent lots of time in there during the day but just recently like a week ago i started sleeping in there at night.
Has this just started recently? Do you have a religion? Is it a new house?

well, wind might have blown the door open, and you may have scratched yourself in your sleep… or you could be about to be killed by a poltergeist. hmm… let’s take the most rational choice here. go contact a priest, and until he can come to cast the ghost out of your house, sleep in a church.

Could it be that your door isn’t level and so it started to creak open? Do you scratch yourself in your sleep? Lets not jump to conclusions here. Maybe you opened your door in your sleep and so as it was open it began to creak open even more.

Don’t believe that they exist. "Ghosts" never appear to people that don’t believe in them and other superstitions like Friday the 13th curse. There’s a logical explanation for everything that happens.

There is no evidence that ghosts exist. If spirits existed, and you saw them, instead of being scared, I would think it would be the most comforting experience there could be– because you would have confirmation that there is a spirit world where you go when you die. Thus far, there is zero credible evidence of that.
It’s very easy to get little scrapes and bumps without realizing it at the time you got them. I do it all the time. There’s no reason to be fearful unless there’s a man hiding in your attic and he’s scraping on the ceiling with his machete.

Tell you what: If you’ve been there a while and haven’t had any problems before that’s probably not what it is….unless of course someone’s been dabbleing. Extreme emotion tends to "feed" such entities, especially fear. So don’t feed it. If you continue to have problems then repost BUT remember the more energy you give the more intense your problems will become. Let it know it’s not welcome in your house and master your fear.
